Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Budva at Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort. The Receptionist will perform a range of front desk duties, including greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls with a professional demeanor, managing reservations, and handling inquiries. They will ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing bookings and documentation
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication abilities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience
- Proactive and well-organized with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role preferred
