Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive Assistant to join our dynamic multinational team. In this role, you will support Clinical Project Managers in coordinating and executing both interventional and non-interventional clinical research projects. Your proficiency in English will be essential for effective communication with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and managing clinical research studies, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain essential project documents, including study protocols and regulatory submissions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between internal teams, research sites, and external partners to support project objectives.
- Data Oversight: Assist in the collection and analysis of study data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Training Support: Coordinate training sessions for research staff and site personnel to ensure adherence to study protocols.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken ( Proeficiency in Hungarian or Romanian would be a strong asset )
- Experience: Previous experience in research or project management is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
