Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to various departments, managing schedules, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with day-to-day clerical duties. Responsibilities also include professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as answering phone calls and emails, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Role will require travel between two sites, so own transport is necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks and organize schedules efficiently
- Professional Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting leadership and managing confidential information
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience is preferred.
- High level of English, written and spoken.
