About the Position
This role requires full operational control over the company’s rental service. The Rental Manager drives portfolio growth, maintains owner loyalty through direct communication, and ensures every process, from handovers to reporting, is executed cleanly and consistently. The position demands ownership, precision, and the ability to uphold service quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth and Sourcing:
— Source new properties for rent with priority on luxury assets
— Recruit clients willing to renovate units for rental readiness
— Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective owners
2. Owner Relations:
— Maintain direct communication with owners on all operational matters
— Resolve disputes with guests and owners
— Manage structured handover procedures for each property
3. Rental Operations:
— Control rent and utility inflow for long-term contracts
— Conduct monthly condition checks of properties for rent
— Prepare and deliver rental packages for each unit
— Maintain uniform operational standards across all managed properties
Requirements
— Fluency in English and Russian (other additional languages are a plus)
— Active driver (Category B)
— Proven experience in rental operations or property management
— Strong communication and negotiation skills
— Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
— Consistent execution, operational discipline, and focus on measurable results
— Capacity to learn internal systems and apply procedures without supervision
— Readiness to work in Budva, MNE (incl. relocation if residing abroad)
