Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid position for a Real Estate Sales Agent at our Budva office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Search for new real estate properties
- Conducting property tours and presenting listings
- Advising clients on pricing, trends, and investment opportunities
- Negotiating terms on behalf of clients
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Qualifications- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and local regulations
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English (Russian, Serbian, and other languages are an advantage)
- Category B driving license and active driving skills
