We are expanding our team in Porto Montenegro, Tivat, and are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to represent our brand and support our growing portfolio of premium properties.

About the Role
As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in growing our client base and representing some of the most exclusive properties in Montenegro. You will work closely with clients, provide exceptional service, identify new opportunities, and actively engage with both local and international buyers.
This is a full-time, dynamic role where initiative, professionalism, and relationship-building are essential.

• Represent Montenegro Sotheby’s International Realty with professionalism and integrity
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury real estate market
• Engage potential clients and cultivate long-term relationships
• Assist clients through the entire buying/selling process with expert guidance
• Expand and maintain a portfolio of premium residential properties
• Collaborate with the team to deliver world-class customer service
• Leverage technology and marketing resources to reach targeted client segments

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled in client relations and customer service

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy — familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Apple products.
Plus is a abillity to create social media materials and do videos of the property with you as presenter.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in real estate or luxury markets is a plus, but talent, professionalism, and the right mindset are just as important. Knowledge of different languages is a plus. Fluent english is a must.
