Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Tivat. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing specific sections of the kitchen, creating high-quality dishes, managing ingredients and inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and adhere to food safety standards. You will also assist in menu planning and development while ensuring that each dish meets the high standards of Porto Palace.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills including cooking, plating, and food preparation
- Experience with kitchen management, inventory control, and ingredient management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and assist in menu planning
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hotel settings is a plus
- Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is beneficial
