Marketing executive supports the formulation and implementation of the hotel’s marketing,
PR and communications strategy, with a major focus on digital marketing, content creation,
social media management and campaigns’ execution. Reporting to the Marketing Manager,
and working in close collaboration with the Executive Assistant Manager – Sales &
Marketing, the Marketing Executive will also manage public relations, reporting, and brand
development activities for one of the world’s most exciting luxury five-star hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily management and content planning of social media platforms (Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain, update, and develop digital content across all platforms, including social
media, LinkedIn, brand website, and OTA channels such as Expedia and Booking.com.

- Create high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories, carousels)
aligned with Regent’s brand standards.
- Write engaging content for digital channels, promotional materials, and hotel
communications.
- Strategically plan and execute content that builds engagement, brand affinity, and
storytelling.
- Monitor content performance, report on KPIs, and provide recommendations for
improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns to strengthen Regent’s
positioning and drive consumer engagement.
- Think strategically about brand positioning and audience segmentation to maximize
campaign impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns and content are
reviewed, approved, and launched on time.
- Manage campaign documentation, timelines, updates, and post-campaign analysis.
- Conduct competitor research and track trends in the luxury hospitality and lifestyle
space.
- Support regular updates to the hotel’s website, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and
alignment with SEO best practices.
- Support the EAM in executing PR activities, including drafting press releases,
coordinating media visits, and managing influencer collaborations.
- Maintain organized marketing folders, calendars, asset libraries, and budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly and campaign-specific marketing reports.
- Execute other marketing-related responsibilities and tasks that fall within the
department’s scope of business, even if not explicitly listed above, as assigned by the
Marketing Manager or EAM – Sales & Marketing.
Skills & Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication, Public
Relations, or Project Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing and strategy, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or
hospitality sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Montenegrin
(mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and
manage shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creative storytelling and luxury aesthetics.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for internal presentations
and reporting.
- Skilled in photo and video editing, digital content design, and platforms like Canva,
Adobe Creative Suite, etc...
- Passionate about innovating marketing strategies and exploring new campaign ideas
that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking around brand positioning, content planning, and
audience engagement across multiple channels.
- Experience managing content across various platforms including websites, social media,
email marketing tools, and OTA platforms.
- Curiosity and adaptability to stay on top of digital trends, competitor strategies, and
consumer behavior.
- Understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and
content performance analytics.
- Ability to analyze digital data and translate into actionable insights.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual composition skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite,
Later).
- Experience with paid social campaigns and performance monitoring.
- Ability to adapt content for different formats and audiences.
- A proactive mindset for testing and implementing new engagement strategies.
