Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover guest insights, track trends, and identify fresh opportunities for innovation in hospitality marketing
- Collaborate across departments — including operations, sales, and guest services — to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging markets, and innovation to ensure cutting-edge marketing approaches
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and maximize return on investment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and vendors to amplify brand impact and market presence
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and promotional assets
- Support and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and online advertising to engage target audiences and drive brand loyalty
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting to senior leadership on campaign performance, guest feedback, and strategic opportunities
- Work closely with PR agencies to create engaging concepts and campaigns around key moments, events, and brand stories
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, focused on campaign planning, brand management, and digital strategy
- Preferably with experience in hospitality marketing, particularly in restaurants, luxury hotels, or lifestyle brands
- Strong knowledge of the Montenegrin market and local consumer behavior
- Excellent command of marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media management tools, Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Experience working in international or multi-brand environments
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and Montenegrin
