Key Responsibilities:
📱 Client Communication & Management
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients
• Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties
• Handle all client communication and correspondence
• Register and manage client information in our CRM system
🌍 Sales & Property Matching
• Present and promote our real estate investment opportunities
• Search and prepare tailored property offerings
• Coordinate with sales managers throughout the sales process
• Generate daily and periodic reports using our CRM platform
✈️ Client Visit Coordination
• Organize client trips to Montenegro
• Arrange airport transfers and accommodation
• Coordinate property viewings with sales managers
• Ensure smooth handover to local sales team
🎯 Events & Marketing
• Plan and participate in real estate exhibitions
• Organize presentations and educational events
• Collaborate with designers on branded materials
• Maintain corporate identity across all materials
What we're looking for:
✅ Fluency in English
✅ German, Polish, or Czech language skills (major advantage)
✅ Strong client relationship management and sales skills
✅ Drive for success and willingness to learn
