What You’ll Do:
• Provide a warm and personalized welcome to all guests
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the guest’s stay
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and memorable experiences
• Assist with VIP check-ins, special occasions, and loyalty guests
Who You Are:
• Previous experience in front office or guest relations (1+ year preferred)
• Strong communication in English; additional languages (especially Turkish, Russian or Arabic) are a plus
• Customer-oriented, problem-solving mindset
• Positive, team-player attitude with a polished appearance
• Flexible with shifts and scheduling
