Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sommelier at Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence in Budva. The Sommelier will be responsible for wine pairing and wine sales, offering expert advice on selections to complement our culinary offerings. The Sommelier will also manage the wine inventory, provide training to staff, and create exceptional guest experiences through their expertise.

Qualifications

Proficient in Wine Pairing and Wine Sales
Certified Sommelier with expertise in wine selection and service
Experience in Food & Beverage operations
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
