Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing Executive is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for driving the strategic implementation and performance analysis of all digital marketing initiatives across Porto Montenegro's residential, marina, hospitality, and retail verticals. The role requires hands-on technical proficiency, a strong understanding of digital analytics, and the ability to effectively manage digital agencies, ensuring optimal performance of paid and organic campaigns, platforms, and CRM automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital platforms: website, CRM, paid media, SEO/SEM and social media
- Coordinate with digital & social media agencies to execute campaigns
- Lead content planning, shoots & visual production for social media
- Monitor & optimize digital budgets, performance & reporting (Google Analytics, Pardot)
- Drive CRM journeys, segmentation & marketing automation
- Oversee SEO, website content & cross-departmental content coordination
- Stay ahead of digital trends to innovate and elevate our brand presence

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (Digital Marketing or Business degrees with digital marketing experience considered).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMRush), and CRM/Automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English & Montenegrin (written and spoken)
