Job Description
- Responsible for HR management in line with legal regulations and company standards
- Preparation and recommendation of HR policies and procedures
- Setting HR strategy with the General Manager and HR consultant
- Managing recruitment programs (tests, interviews, counselling managers)
- Cooperation with departments to define training and development needs
- Resolving employee grievances and providing counselling
- Monitoring compliance with Montenegrin labor law
- Creating and updating job descriptions and requirements
- Implementing organizational culture, values, and competencies
- Managing employees with focus on knowledge development
- Organizing employee administration per regulations
- Coordinating projects with other departments
- Executing annual HR processes (performance reviews, etc.)
- Monitoring HR budget and optimizing personnel costs
- Organizing onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Tracking changes in employment law and informing superiors
- Preparing reports, records, and plans as required
- Monitoring KPIs and taking corrective actions when needed
- Performing other tasks as requested by superiors
Qualifications
- Education: VII level or higher
- Probation period: 3–6 months
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR leadership roles (hospitality preferred)
- Competencies: Strong HR operations knowledge, employment law, strategic mindset, leadership and communication skills, fluency in English and Montenegrin
