We are a small, warm, and student-focused international school certified by Pearson Edexcel, with a maximum of 60 students. At Dukley Academy, we emphasize individualized learning, emotional support, and a nurturing environment where children feel seen and inspired.
We are looking for a motivating and caring Primary Teacher with experience in Math, Science, and ideally ICT, who can teach students in Years 1–6 using the Pearson international curriculum. The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Has experience with Pearson Edexcel or similar UK-based programs
•Is passionate about both academic growth and emotional development of each student
•Uses a personalized approach to support motivation and learning
•Can create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture
•Is a native English speaker or has native-level fluency (C1+)
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons using the ActiveLearn platform
• Adapting teaching methods to different learning needs
• Fostering curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking
• Tracking student progress and working closely with families and school staff
