Key Responsibilities
As a Resort Representative, you will:
- Welcome and meet guests at the hotel, creating a lasting first impression.
- Host welcome meetings to provide information and answer questions.
- Sell and organize excursions, car hire, and other services.
- Respond to client queries and handle issues, including complaints or unforeseen challenges (e.g., flight delays or weather conditions).
- Maintain excellent communication with hotel staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist guests during desk hours.
- Keep accurate records, manage basic accounts, and write detailed reports.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with local partners.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the resort, the local area, and safety procedures to assist guests effectively.

What We're Looking For?

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
