We are looking for a passionate and talented
Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Demi Chef de Partie, your key role is to ensure the high quality of food preparation and provide our guests with an unforgettable experience through delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation and Cooking: Efficiently prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Hygiene and Food Safety: Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, including proper food handling and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Creative Contribution: Participate in creating menus and introducing new dishes, bringing fresh ideas and innovations.
- Shift Management: Lead shifts when necessary, including organizing work and supervising other cooks.
- Stock Control: Maintain ingredient stock levels and assist with ordering supplies in cooperation with the Sous Chef.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure alignment and service quality.
- Team Support: Assist in training new team members and provide support to other cooks when needed.
