Job Description
- Perform general cleaning duties effectively.
- Monitors the quality of Housekeeping Attendants work on a daily basis.
- To ensure the maximization of staff performance through the establishment of the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure that all HKD team members report for duty in a timely manner and are issued with the relevant tools of the trade to carry out daily tasks.
- Helps in preparation of staff rosters and leave schedule to ensure adequate coverage in all housekeeping areas according to occupancy of the Resort.
- Ensures the appropriate behavior and appearance of housekeeping team and that uniforms are in good condition.
- Identify training needs of Housekeeping Attendants.
- Ensure the linen stock is adequately managed, as well as general condition of the linen is maintained at a 5-star standard.
- Analyses inventory of equipment and operating supplies and explains any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensures that maintenance issues and any guest complaints are reported to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Control housekeeping procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, such as lost and found service, key control, security and emergency procedures.
- Performs other tasks at the request of the Housekeeping Manager.
Education: IV or higher education degree
Probation period of 3 months is determined for this position
Work Experience
- Experience in management supervision as a housekeeping supervisor/team leader is desirable
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality

- Fluent in English language (spoken and written);
- Applicant should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
