Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Academic Counselor based in Budva. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on academic programs, offering personalized career counseling, and assisting with course selection to align with their goals. They will also facilitate educational advising sessions and ensure students are fully informed about available opportunities and resources.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and guide effectively
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education planning
- Ability to build rapport with learners and understand diverse educational needs
- Familiarity with IT training programs or prior experience in educational institutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
