Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kotor. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including coordinating property maintenance, managing rental schedules, and ensuring quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include developing and improving operational processes, supervising team performance, and maintaining client relationships to meet organizational goals. The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations and the satisfaction of both property owners and renters.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including process improvement, project coordination, and team supervision
- Client relationship management and customer service expertise
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and property management systems
- Previous experience in property management or rental services is highly beneficial
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially local or regional, are a plus
- Driving licence
