About job
We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Golf Pro. This role is to provide expert golf tuition and services provided on the golf driving range, existing holes and at the Club House, ensuring the provision of a safe and quality experience for all Luštica Bay homeowners, visitors and guests.
Tuition Services
· Ensures the general teaching of golf to beginners and advanced golfers, as well as introducing the sport of golf to newcomers to the sport.
· Provides groups clinics to golfers at different levels
· Provides special lesson package for different beginner groups with “Course Allowance & Certificate”
· Provides dedicated training for junior golfers.
· Provides advanced golfer handicap cat. with Pro coaching.
· Assisting with starting and monitoring play, ensuring pace of play, and coordinating with the golf course superintendent.
· Building relationships with members and guests and providing excellent service.
· Ensuring golf carts and other playing equipment as well as driving range are well-maintained including morning (opening) set ups and evening (closing) set up / storage of the equipment
Events Management
· Arranges and promotes golf tournaments and events for a variety of categories.
· Manages the development, planning and execution of promotional events and tournaments.
Health & Safety
· Actively supports the roll-out and completion of the Health & Safety agenda to support a safe environment.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school
Job-Specific Experience
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience (or equivalent) in a Golf Pro position.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
