Position Overview
EACOM is seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager (Civil Works) to lead on-site civil works for an energy-related infrastructure project in Bijela, Herceg Novi.
The role is highly operational and site-oriented, focusing on execution, coordination, safety, quality, and progress control.
This position is intended for professionals who are comfortable managing construction activities on-site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring disciplined project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily civil works activities on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, site discipline, and safety procedures.
- Monitor construction quality and execution in line with drawings, methods, and specifications.
- Plan and control resources: workforce, machinery, materials, and logistics.
- Prepare regular progress reports (daily / weekly), including photo documentation.
- Support measurements, site records, and basic technical documentation.
- Identify risks, site constraints, and operational issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure works are delivered on time, safely, and to required quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical background (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil works (infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects).
- Proven experience managing construction sites and subcontractors.
- Strong practical knowledge of site operations, planning, quality control, and HSE.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under site conditions.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bijela, Montenegro.
- Valid driving license (Category B).
Advantage (Nice to Have)
- Experience in energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with site documentation (daily logs, progress reports, measurements).
- English language proficiency (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
