Casa Hotels Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at the new Wulfenia Hotel in Kolašin, Montenegro, for the upcoming winter season. As a full-service hotel management company, we specialize in every phase of hotel projects, from concept development to daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests receive a warm, professional welcome, creating a positive first impression and a seamless experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
× Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
× Lead, train, and manage the front office team, including shift scheduling.
× Handle guest complaints and ensure a high standard of service at all times.
× Collaborate closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance).
× Manage front office finances and prepare reports.
× Implement hotel standards and adopt new technologies.
Requirements:
× Proven experience in the hospitality industry with team management experience.
× Excellent communication and organizational skills.
× Proficiency in hotel management softwares.
× Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
