Job Summary:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing programs to increase revenue and brand exposure for the company. The role involves managing relationships with affiliate partners, creating and implementing campaigns, analyzing data, and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance. The Affiliate Marketing Manager also collaborates with other teams within the organization, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that affiliate marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs to increase revenue and brand exposure for the company.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
- Create and implement affiliate marketing campaigns, including developing creative assets, messaging, and incentives, and setting up tracking and reporting systems.
- Analyze affiliate marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform campaign optimization and strategy.
- Continuously optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to improve performance, including monitoring and adjusting bidding strategies, adjusting creative, and testing new messaging and incentives.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that affiliate marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Manage budgets for affiliate marketing campaigns and track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing best practices and trends and incorporate new ideas and strategies into affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that affiliate marketing efforts are executed on time and on budget.
