Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Montenegro (Tivat or Podgorica)

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Our recruitment company is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR department in various tasks. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, proactive worker, and have a passion for HR.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
Conduct initial screening of job applicants
Assist with onboarding new employees
Maintain employee files and databases
Assist with employee relations and communications
Help with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role is a plus
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Google G-Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
No degree required
Willingness to relocate within Montenegro (relocation packages can be provided)
