Casa Hotels Management is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at the newly opened Wulfenia Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a pleasant stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new hotel set in a stunning mountain environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and registering guests during check-in and handling check-out procedures.
- Managing reservations, handling telephone inquiries, and providing information about hotel services.
- Processing payments and issuing invoices.
- Responding to basic guest queries and requests, escalating complaints to the supervisor/manager when needed.
- Maintaining order at the reception desk and updating guest information in the hotel's software system.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room preparation.
Requirements:
- A friendly demeanor and professional approach to guest interactions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and software (e.g., Phobs, ProSoft).
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
