Job Summary:
The CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) strategy that promotes customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This includes managing customer databases, creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns, and analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies. The CRM Marketing Manager will also collaborate with other departments within the organization, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that CRM efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that effectively promotes customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage customer databases and segmentation, including cleaning and appending customer data, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that use segmentation and personalization to effectively engage customers and drive desired behaviors.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that CRM efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to create workflows and customer journeys that deliver personalized and relevant experiences to customers.
- Test and optimize marketing campaigns and tactics to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
- Develop and manage budgets for CRM marketing campaigns, and track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that CRM efforts are executed on time and on budget.
- Stay up-to-date on CRM marketing best practices and trends, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into CRM marketing campaigns.
