Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Ulcinj. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and our properties.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Fluency in Albanian, English, and Montenegrin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in real estate or property sales is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
