Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Ulcinj. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and our properties.

Qualifications

Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
Fluency in Albanian, English, and Montenegrin
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships
Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in real estate or property sales is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
