Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Specialist to join our team at Hotel Cube, located on-site in Bar, Montenegro. The role involves managing day-to-day food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities also include supporting dining events, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to execute an exceptional menu. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service operations and expertise in Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to create excellent guest experiences
- Effective Communication skills to engage with guests and collaborate with team members
- Culinary Skills with knowledge of food preparation and service standards
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety protocols
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in hospitality or the food and beverage sector is advantageous
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
