Your mission will be to plan, organize, and supervise the entertainment activities carried out at the hotel, ensuring that customer expectations are met.
✔️ How does the day-to-day look like for a Receptionist?
Responsibilities include:
- Apply Iberostar work methods, procedure manual, and work instructions, in addition to ensuring compliance.
- Personalized customer service: check-in/check-out.
- Booking entry.
- Creation of the daily report of incidents/updates.
- Safekeeping of valuable objects and deposited money.
- Performing billing and collection tasks.
- Cash reconciliation..
- Concierge Service (recommendations on external activities, restaurants, transfer management, etc.)
- Receive, process, and direct customer complaints to the corresponding departments.
