✔️ What will your day-to-day look like?
Responsibilities include:
- Manage employee registrations, terminations, and contract variations.
- Maintain master data in the HR system.
- Transfer personnel movement information to the payroll manager (internal or external).
- Prepare and supervise employment contracts, extensions, or modifications.
- Manage monthly incidents (Sick leave/Temporary Disability, terminations, settlements, legal drafting, end of contracts, failure of probationary periods, etc.).
- Control expiration dates and deadlines (contracts, work permits, etc.).
- Review and approve reports for overtime, incentives, days worked, leaves, and payroll variables.
- Supervise payroll calculations to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile and analyze deviations in Social Security, Taxes, payments, etc., derived from payroll or personnel administration.
- Control documentation and employee signatures (using digital signature systems if implemented).
- Archive employee documentation files (digital or physical).
- Coordinate with the Hotel Director and Department Heads regarding compliance with personnel administration obligations.
- Prepare support reports for the Hotel Director, Department Heads, or other company departments regarding the center and the HR department.
- Attend to and resolve employee inquiries and incidents regarding personnel administration.
- Support internal audits and documentation requests from Labor Inspections, garnishment management, and mandatory labor surveys.
- Perform any functions necessary to ensure the correct operation of personnel administration.
- Coordinate selection processes with the recruitment department or external companies.
- Support the management of immigration processes for hiring employees and coordinate with external companies.
🌱 Who is the ideal candidate for this position?
The ideal person for this role has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Is methodical, organized, and fast in executing processes and has analytical capacity.
- University studies or Vocational Training in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in labor relations is valued, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Montenegrin and English: Required.
- Spanish: Desirable.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office or Google Environment and Internet.
- Knowledge of payroll calculation programs in Montenegro and required applications for communication with public administrations.
- Advanced knowledge of personnel administration, official agency procedures, payroll, and attendance management.
- Mastery of the End-to-End (E2E) process for personnel administration and selection.
- Intermediate knowledge of Human Resources (labor relations, Social Security regulations, selection).
- Knowledge of immigration administration processes and procedures.
