Sales Coordinator - Russian Speaking role focuses on providing administrative support to the Sales Managers, with particular attention to organizing and maintaining sales documentation, filing systems, and CRM records. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating trade show logistics, managing collateral shipments, and ensuring all sales activities are accurately scheduled and recorded. The Coordinator also assists with client communication, particularly for Russian-speaking partners, and supports day-to-day operational needs within the Sales & Marketing department.
