Job Title: Warehouseman / Delivery Driver
Reports to: Procurement Manager and Finance Department
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouseman / Delivery Driver. This is a full-time, year-round position primarily responsible for working within the central warehouse, with a focus on food and beverage inventory. The selected candidate will be in charge of receiving, storing, and delivering goods between the central warehouse and the hotel, while monitoring stock levels and adhering to internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Receive, transport, and deliver goods between the hotel and the central warehouse (mainly food and beverages).
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the warehouse in accordance with HACCP standards.
- Check the quality, quantity, and documentation of goods upon receipt and delivery.
- Maintain basic records of goods movement and communicate inventory levels to the Procurement Manager.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Responsibly operate and maintain the delivery vehicle.
- Comply with all safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of active driving experience with a category B license (mandatory).
- Experience in warehouse operations and/or food and beverage procurement is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards in the storage and transport of food products (HACCP certification is a plus).
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and handle goods.
- Reliability, responsibility, and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
