The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. A luxurious refuge within easy reach of the main marina lends to the town’s superb dining experiences, lounges, conference facilities, a private beach and pool. The Chedi opened its doors in July 2018. The Chedi Team is fully committed to providing a unique and memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Monitors all activities within the Hotel, controls entries and exits
- Applies all relevant legal norms, as instructed and requested by superior
- Keeps an accurate record of both entries and exits, in accordance with the Company's policies
- Performs various maintenance duties as directed, in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Enforces the policies and procedures that are related to guest code of conduct
- Responds to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensures that all devices are used properly by the guests, and in the event of malfunction, informs the respective department immediately
- Takes care about company and hotel inventory
- Adheres to all appearance and uniform standards
- Uses the PPE properly and ensures the guests and employees use it properly, when required
- Provides the best possible guest experience
- Performs other duties, as instructed by the superior
Qualifications
- Security Licence for Physical Security (Licenca za obavljanje poslova fizičke zaštite) and/or Security Licence for Technical Security (Licenca za obavljanje poslova tehničke zaštite)
- High School Diploma
- Good knowledge of English Language, verbal and written
- Previous experience on similar positions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful, service-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to take right quick actions in case of emergency situations
