What We Do:
We offer a blend of creative office work and hands-on field operations. You'll help us design and deliver tailor-made experiences for our international guests—ranging from hotel bookings and seamless transfers to curated excursions, gala nights, corporate events, and special interest programs.
Your role will include:
- Sourcing reliable suppliers and negotiating competitive prices
- Contributing ideas and creativity to program design
- Coordinating logistics and ensuring every detail exceeds expectations
- Communicating with guests when needed, offering service with a personal touch
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent command of English for clear communication with international clients
- Fluency in Montenegrin or Serbian to liaise smoothly with local partners
- Flexibility to switch between office work and on-site tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for top-notch service
