We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure immaculate cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of all hotel areas in line with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee and organise the daily operations of the housekeeping team
Maintain and implement high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Assign tasks and monitor staff performance
Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies
Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth daily operations
Train, motivate, and support team members to ensure top performance

Required qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
Strong leadership and organisational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Proficiency in both Montenegrin and English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
