Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a vibrant restaurant, bar, beach club, or lifestyle hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and modern mixology techniques.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through engaging service and creativity behind the bar.
- Energetic personality with the confidence to interact with guests and bring atmosphere to the venue.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues during service.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar presentation.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
