Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Budva, Montenegro. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and managing the housekeeping team, coordinating laundry services, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The role also involves recruiting and onboarding housekeeping staff and addressing guest concerns related to housekeeping to guarantee exceptional service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team effectively
- Experience with Laundry operations and procedures
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Outstanding Communication skills for interaction with team members and guests
- Competence in Hiring and onboarding staff
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness and organizational standards
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest feedback constructively
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury accommodations is highly
