Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Waiter to join our team at Hotel California in Budva. In this on-site position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, assisting with menu recommendations, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and clear interaction with both guests and team members.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with knowledge of food presentation and safety standards.
- Basic understanding or interest in Cooking to assist with menu discussions and enhance guest experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment and adapt to varying tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail, professional attitude, and reliability are essential.
- Prior experience in a waiter or food service role at a high-end hospitality establishment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and any additional languages will be considered an advantage.
