Role Overview
Noblewood Group is a privately owned production and global distribution business of super premium spirits headquartered in Montenegro. Our main brand is Beluga, among other luxury brands in the Noblewood portfolio. Noblewood Core Company's values are Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Teamwork, and Transparency.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager in Tivat, Montenegro.
The successful candidate will report to the Executive Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Ensure the implementation of Beluga marketing strategy in the assigned region/regions:
- Within the framework of the annual Brand Plan agreed upon jointly with partners, plan, initiate, monitor the implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities to achieve leadership positions in the assigned region.
- Participate in development, planning, implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities developed by Marketing Department. Implement all stages of activities within the timeframes set by the Head of Marketing Department.
- Prepare materials, presentations on the activities of the assigned region, including tactical activities developed at the regional level and global activities developed by the Marketing Department: evaluation of results (including financial and quantitative indicators), activity mechanics, obtaining and consolidating high-quality feedback from assigned markets
- Carry out operational planning, justify the budget for tactical commercial activities within the assigned region to achieve the set objectives.
- Be responsible for document flow and financial discipline within the framework of all activities in the assigned markets in accordance with the processes and procedures established in the company.
- Provide reports on expenses within the budget on a monthly basis and fully control the targeted spending of the budget in accordance with the company strategy and the approved plan.
- As part of the implementation of the assigned tasks for the implementation of marketing initiatives in the assigned territories and projects, prepare and maintain financial documents in accordance with the company's procedures.
- Monitor the activities of competitors in the Local Markets and provide reports to the Head of Marketing.
- Train the staff of the distributor of the assigned region on the standards and guidelines of the company and subsequently monitor their implementation and execution.
- Provide support to local marketing departments of distributors in the assigned markets in the direction of developing tactical marketing and commercial activities. Be the main contact person in the region for marketing the Beluga brand.
- Compliance with all local regulations, policies and procedures adopted in the company
- Actively participate in the process of annual planning of advertising materials, plan the quantity and options of equipment for trade channels for the year and control their targeted use in local markets, plan advertising materials as part of marketing activities, provide feedback on the quality of advertising materials, suggest ways to improve the quality of materials, provide photo reports on advertising materials of Beluga and competitors.
- Carrying out other instructions of the manager related to the above responsibilities.
Requirements:
- High education in Economics/Marketing/Management.
- 2+ years of experience in the spirit industry/experience with premium brands (preferably in FMCG).
- Goal-oriented with effective project management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Clear understanding of marketing projects budgeting principles and financial discipline.
- Fluent in English.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Well-organized, self-motivated, with strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Understanding of the super-premium/luxury market
- Previous experience in marketing/activation/project management.
- Ability to capture audience attention, with an established reputation among local bartenders.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
