About Us:
The New Hotel Mediteran – Villa Edition is a 4-star, 134-room seaside resort in the heart of Ulcinj, Montenegro. Surrounded by pine forests and just steps from the Adriatic Sea, the hotel offers guests an elevated experience with premium rooms, on-site restaurants, a pool, and modern leisure amenities.
Recently remodeled into a tech-savvy, guest-centric destination, we’re on a mission to redefine coastal hospitality — and we’re looking for a visionary General Manager to lead the next chapter of our story.
Your Role:
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of hotel performance, operationally, financially, and strategically. This is a leadership role for someone ready to transform potential into excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all operations: rooms, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
*Drive revenue growth by optimizing occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
*Maintain strong cost control, targeting ≤50% operating expenses.
*Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
*Integrate modern hospitality technologies (PMS, CRM, guest apps, digital marketing tools).
*Strengthen all distribution channels, direct bookings, OTAs, B2B, corporate, and tour operators.
*Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and sustain top online reputation scores.
What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years of progressive leadership in hotel management, with at least 3 years as General Manager or Hotel Director.
Proven track record of revenue growth, cost control, and service excellence.
Strong financial skills (budgeting, P&L, forecasting) and strategic decision-making ability.
Digital-first mindset: hands-on experience with PMS/CRM systems and data-driven operations.
Fluency in English required; Montenegrin/Serbian or other languages are a strong advantage.
