Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bar for a Customer Service Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Responsibilities include promoting and selling smart home automation solutions, processing orders, maintaining records, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in customer service, client communication, and relationship management
- Sales and negotiation skills, including an ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Technical proficiency to quickly learn about smart home and IoT products
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, track sales activities, and manage customer records effectively
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the technology or home automation sector, is an asset
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
