About the role:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will take charge of qualified leads, walk-in clients, and prospects from events, helping them find and purchase property in Montenegro. Within just a few days, you’ll build tailored strategies, close deals, and ensure clients also benefit from our additional services such as furnishing, property management, and legal support.
The role involves both office and field work and is ideal for someone who is proactive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed, you’ll need strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to quickly build trust with clients, and a sharp focus on achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with qualified leads provided by the Account team, as well as walk-in clients and prospects from corporate events
- Build tailored sales strategies for each client and guide them through the full decision-making process
- Organize and conduct property tours in Montenegro, presenting options that match client needs and expectations
- Negotiate effectively to close deals
- Promote and sell the company’s post-purchase and rental services
- Ensure smooth client handover to the after-sales department after closing a deal
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly
- Stay informed on local market trends, pricing, and new opportunities to provide clients with relevant and timely advice
- Represent the company at events and networking activities, actively seeking new business opportunities
- Balance office-based tasks (planning, documentation, CRM updates) with field work (property tours, client meetings, events)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in real estate
- Fluency in English (Russian, Serbian, or other languages are a plus)
- Valid driving license (B category)
- Readiness to work in Budva, MNE (incl. relocation if residing abroad)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Proactive, energetic, and highly target-driven
- Proven ability to consistently achieve set goals and deliver results
