We are looking for a guest-focused, energetic, and detail-oriented Star Assist Agent to join our luxury hospitality team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring personalized service, seamless communication, and the highest standards of hospitality.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest assistance.
Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and resolve issues with care.
Manage guest pre-arrival preparations and welcome experiences.
Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, local events, and activities to share with guests.
Collect guest feedback and support continuous improvement of our services.
Ensure compliance with company standards, confidentiality, and safety procedures.
Support environmental and quality management initiatives.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, or 1 year in a similar role.
Advanced English skills (other languages a plus).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Computer proficiency and ability to handle operational systems.
A proactive, empathetic, and professional attitude with high energy.
