POSITION SUMMARY:
- The concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. This role requires professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing high-quality service.
- The concierge is responsible for addressing guest requests promptly, including assistance with deliveries, laundry services, and providing information about hotel facilities and services. Additional responsibilities include coordinating transportation, organizing excursions, scheduling spa treatments, and making restaurant reservations.
- These may also include the various inquiries that the concierge needs to organize - from the realization of transportation to / from the airport, the organization of excursions, massages, to the reservation of dinner at the best restaurants.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met efficiently.
- Assist guests in a proactive and friendly manner, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and overall operations.
· Has a large knowledge base of local restaurants, shops, attractions, events in the city and country
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external service providers and vendors.
· Supports operational partners who are in daily communication with the front desk and managers and this provide quality services to guests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve the guest experience.
· Collaborates with all partners and resources
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and a service-oriented approach.
- Professional demeanor, emotional stability, and a high level of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in at least one foreign language; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer use and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role.
