For The Experienced And Refined Professionals
- If you are stepping into senior waiter, experienced bartender, mixologist or similar supervisory role, we will be looking for more than charm. A deep food & wine knowledge is required, as well as mastery of cocktails, eye for details and strong familiarity with LQA and Forbes standards. You will set the tone for service excellence and other junior team members will look to you as the benchmark and example.
