Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Listing Manager located in Budva. The Real Estate Listing Manager will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating lease administration, and overseeing various real estate transactions. The role includes both commercial and residential property management tasks, ensuring that all listings are accurately maintained and leased in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Property Management and Lease Administration skills
- Experience with Leases and Real Estate transactions
- Proficiency in managing Commercial Real Estate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
