Responsibilities:
Responsible to update and increase real estate portfolio
Responsible to provide new real estate to increase portfolio and relate with real estate owners
Closely cooperates with account managers team
Provides support to other team members in searching for new offers
Works with „walk in“ clients and forwards them within sales team
Makes sure that each real estate offer complies with KPI list (description, photos, contract etc.)
Responsible for quality control of all services provided from portfolio team-Providing offers for clients (real estate) to be part of CRM system
Provides proposals for process improvement and better efficiency within its responsibility
Uses CRM application for work plans and reports
Organises his/her activities according to company rules and procedures
Your profile:
English & Serbian proficiency (additional language will be considered as advantage)
MS office package, CRM experience will be considered as advantage
Market trends knowledge
Knowledge of real estate market, pricing
Location knowledge
Negotiation skills
Driving license (B category, active driver)
