Requirements:
✅ Native-level proficiency in Russian– spoken and written is mandatory.
✅ Fluent English speaker – must be able to communicate effectively with the international team and clients.
✅ Valid driving license – required for property tours and client meetings.
✅ Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 3+ years, preferably in luxury or investment properties).
✅ Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value property deals.
✅ Understanding of the Montenegrin real estate market, including legal and financial aspects of property sales.
✅ Excellent interpersonal, networking, and customer service skills.
✅ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
✅ Residency in Montenegro is required.
