Position: Technical Chef (Supervisor)

Overview:
A skilled and reliable Technical Chef is needed to supervise and maintain the technical operations of a five-star resort environment. This role involves overseeing the functionality and safety of all resort facilities, including pools, elevators, guest rooms, and general infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or property maintenance, with proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the technical operation and maintenance of resort facilities, including pools, elevators, rooms, and communal areas
- Ensure the safety, compliance, and optimal performance of all mechanical and electrical systems
- Plan and coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and system inspections
- Collaborate with resort management to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Manage technical inventory and coordinate the procurement of supplies and spare parts
- Train, supervise, and support in-house maintenance teams and third-party contractors
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in hospitality, technical supervision, or maintenance-related roles
- Fluent in English
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Willing to relocate alone (single status)
- Latin American talent strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: €1100 – €1500 NET per month
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, with 1 day off per week
- Contract: 1 year with the possibility of extension
- Shared staff accommodation provided, with private rooms
- Daily meals included: breakfast and lunch
- Work permits and flights are provided by the employer
